The Wellington Boot Breakfast Room
The name "Wellington Boot" is due to local legend which tells of a liaison between Henrietta Le Marchant and the Duke of Wellington, and the Duke arranging for part of the house to be rebuilt before Henrietta is hurriedly married to a Captain de Courncey.
Situated on the first floor, the Wellington Boot Breakfast Room has splendid views over the Channel Islands, making it a perfect spot for a sumptuous breakfast to start your day in Guernsey.
For lunch, afternoon tea and evening meals, Restaurant Copenhagen is just downstairs ready to impress with a seasonal fixed price menu, full a'la carte and, of course, afternoon and afternoon tea menus.
